Barrow | Stephen Douglas | | Lieutenant | Died of enteric at Modder River, March 9th, 1900. He was the son of F H Barrow, late Bengal Civil Service. Lieutenant Barrow was born in July 1876, educated at Clifton, and entered the Royal Engineers from the Royal Military Academy in March 1896, being promoted Lieutenant in March 1899. He embarked for South Africa, in October 1899.
