Angell | John Charles | | Lieutenant | He was killed in action at Paardeberg February 18th, 1900. He was born February 1874, entered his regiment from the 3rd Battalion Royal Irish Fusiliers in 1897, being promoted Lieutenant February 1899. When killed, Lieutenant Angell was serving with the Mounted Infantry. His death is mentioned in the despatch of Field Marshall Earl Roberts from Paardeberg, February 28th, 1900.
