BurrowsThomas WThe Champion Club Swinger of the World, was born in Australia; joined the Army, seeing service in Egypt, and early in 1900 volunteered for service with the 35th Company IY in the Boer War, going out as Corporal. On Feb 15-17, 1905, he performed the unique feat at the Canterbury Music Hall, London, of swinging clubs for forty-six hours without ceasing.
