Spicer | Arthur Reginald William | | Lieutenant | He died of enteric at Germiston on May 8th, 1901. He was the youngest son of Richard Spicer, born in June 1878, and educated at Eton. He entered the King's Royal Rifle Corps from the 7th battalion in May 1899, being promoted Lieutenant April 1900. Lieutenant Spicer embarked for South Africa in October 1899, and served throughout the war with his battalion.
