Leggatt | Edward Oswell Neville Owen | | 2nd Lieutenant | He died of enteric at Ladysmith, April 15th, 1900. He was the only surviving son of General O E Leggatt of 40 Cheniston Gardens, Kensington, and was born July 1878. He entered his regiment from the 5th Battalion Lancashire Fusiliers, November 1899, and joined his battalion soon afterwards in Natal, and served in the Natal Field Force.
