| Guinness | Rupert E C |  | Born in 1874, and is eldest son of Lord Iveagh. He won the Diamond Sculls twice, and the Wingfield Sculls; served with the Irish Hospital in the Boer War, in connection with which he received the CMG in 1901; was elected to the LCC in 1904, and contested Haggerston at the Parliamentary election in 1906.
