I think it might be Transport No. 96 SUNDA (Masters: S.G.D. Andrews and E.R. Dowell).
Engaged: 23 Feb 1900 – 22 May 1900 (and 19 Jul 1902 – 31 Dec 1902).

Unfortunately, this is one I don't have photographs of.

The Shipping Records say:

p7b Dateline Albert Docks, March 8, 1900. The Sunda sailed this afternoon with 29 officers, 469 men and 148 horses. The officers were:
1/Middlesex Regiment, Captain L J Oliver.
2/Somerset Light Infantry, Captain A G Boyle.
East Yorkshire Regiment, Captain H A N Forte, Lieutenants W E Campion, A E Masson, and J R Keys.
4/Derbyshire Regiment, Captain E Burden-Bailey.
Thorneycroft’s M I, Captain the Hon. Piers St Aubyn.
1/Loyal North Lancashire Regiment, Lieutenants H A Robinson, W H Creak, and Smiley.
2/King’s Royal Rifles, Lieutenant H F Foljambe.
RAMC, Lieutenant Colonel R F Barrow, Majors J C Jan and A Hosie, Captain F Smith, Lieutenants Offord, Smith and Harrington.
Civil Surgeons, Mayo, Donald, Hunter, Crawford, Turton, Wood, Page, Wrate, and Brownrigg.
Civil Veterinary Surgeon, Evershed.

She coaled at St Vincent but exact date not given

A later entry states she arrived at Cape Town on 1st April 1900.

I think this is the SS Sunda. Renamed to Hokoku Maru and sunk 1914.
