Tooth | Howard Henry | | | Born at Brighton in 1856. He was educated at Rugby and St John's College, Cambridge. He is Consulting Physician to the Metropolitan Hospital, Physician to St Bartholomew's Hospital and the National Hospital for the Paralysed and Epileptic. He served in the Boer War in 1900 as Physician to the Portland Hospital (mentioned in despatches, CMG). He is the author of many contributions to medical literature. He married, in 1881, Mary, daughter of Edward Price, of Highgate.
