Luce | Scott | | 2nd Lieutenant | He was killed in action at Diamond Hill, near Pretoria, June 11th, 1900. He was born in March 1880, educated at Clifton College, and entered the Royal Artillery, June 1899. He accompanied the 82nd Battery to South Africa in January 1900, and was present at the battle of Paardeberg, and in the subsequent advance on Bloemfontein and Pretoria.
