My eyes are drawn to the figure that looks like an E, highlighted in the ellipse.

One initial and then the start of the surname?

The initial has a downstroke only (?) so F, I, P, R, T?

Could the second number be 3 or 5? It looks to be a straight line across the top. Can someone check a QSA for whether the figure 3 appears with a rounded or straight top? I think it might be 3.
