Less a senior moment and more likely restrictions on the forum that are stopping the attachments.

Attached is the death certificate for Thomas Wynne Simms (double m). It shows he was a Blacksmith who died age 30 of Enteric Fever in the Zeerust Military Hospital.

Death notice on probate shows him as Thomas Wheen Simms. Sad to see his 2 year old daughter died only 2 months after him and his wife was pregnant with a child that would never meet his father.
