From the City Coins 71 auction, November 2020.

ABO (Burger S.J. Oberholzer)

Sarel Oberholzer served in the Potchefstroom Commando. He saw action at the Siege of Mafeking as well as the Battle of Magersfontein and was killed in action at Modder River/Paardeberg on 18 February 1900.

His brother claimed his medal in December 1922.
