ABO (Burg. G. J. Jacobs). City Coins November 2007

Gieljam Jacobs served in the Marico Commando for the duration of the war. He was in action at a number of well-documented skirmishes in the Western Transvaal, including the Siege of Elands River (4-16 Aug. 1900) and Kleinfontein (De la Rey’s attack on Van Donop, 24 Oct 1901). Sold with copy of Vorm “B”.
