Forename/initials: Andries Petrus Hendrik. Served: Heidelberg.

Andries Petrus Hendrik Gouws who served in Potchefstroom Kommodo was the father of Andries Petrus Hendrik Gouws who served in the Heidelberg Kommodo. Gouws senior served from October 1899 till being captured in March 1902. He is listed as POW aged 69. Gouws junior served October 1899 till dying of illness 6 Sept 1901. As far as I can tell from both B forms, medals were issued to both. Mrs Gouws (wife/mother) filled in both forms. Hope helpful.
