It was from the paper in the link above that led me to believe that such a list exists (see Reference 3), but I see now that the information is unpublished or incomplete. Perhaps Elmarie has some more up-to-date information on the subject.

I was excited to buy this one, since the Surname did give me the expectation that he was Jewish. Since its a very Jewish surname, but yet very Afrikaans name.

So firstly hoping such a list does exist and if this is one of the recipients, I'll be super happy... :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
