Two camps were established in Cape Town, Greenpoint and Bellevue, Simonstown (Simon's Town).

The first prisoner arrived at Bellevuie on 28 Feb 1900.

After Paardeberg, Cronje was held at Simonstown.

Windmill Beach at the bottom of Bellevue roughly 1900 (POW's bathing) and today.
