Yes I did! and I feel I caused you an awful lot of work.

I don't know when they were transferred, but suspect it was a desperate last measure to keep hold of some prisoners just before Nootgedacht was reached by the British. I do know that they were released by General French's troops in September that year.

The transfer was no later than 13 August when the Nooitgedacht prisoners were freed.

Sorry, took my eye off this ball or I could have posted this earlier.

Here is the list of the prisoners released at Barberton by General French on 13th September 1900, mainly the well-heeled Duke of Cambridge's Own Imperial Yeomanry.
