Hello Everyone,

I am trying to find information on what Unit my great-grand father George Frederick Fisk served with. My grandmother told me he was in the Boer War, but his picture seems to say India. Can any one please help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

There was a G Fisk who served in the Boer War in the 8th and 10th Companies, Royal Engineers with the regimental number 6312.

This is the only G Fisk on the medal rolls.

There are service records for two men called George Fisk, one born St Martins, Norwich, Norfolk, England. If you search the FindMyPast index, you can see all the military records for G Fisk. No service papers exist for 6312 G Fisk.
