If you have not already done so, you should visit the SANA website, enter the name under the most comprehensive of the lists (RSA), with a date range that might be appropriate (say 1902 to 1920). If your man does come up, you can ask archive's staff to copy the relevant file(s). If they wont oblige, which is possible, a local researcher will do the job for a price.
