I agree, seems like this book is difficult to find at a reasonable price.

In the end, and thanks to the ISBN code, I found a bookseller in Australia who charged me $70 including shipping to Sweden.

Still expensive but I couldn't resist buying myself a Christmas present.

The cheapest I have seen it was about $57 Australian from the authors publishing company, better than paying over $200 though!
I think it is a very good book and well worth having, I don't think that you have paid too much, for example, how much is a bottle of vodka these days in Sweden?
