Researching Richard Edme Gleeson as part of a family search. Have found 3 UK, Military Campaign Medal and Award Rolls, 1793-1949 records on An..ty relating to Richard being on the Roll of Individuals entitled to South Africa Medal & Clasp on order 1st April 1901 (WO 100/213)

Each related to a different place and a different Company

Have also found a UK, Military Campaign Medal and Award Rolls, 1793-1949: record of Roll of Individuals entitled to the Kings South Africa Medal and Clasps army order No.232.

Again a different place and Company than the above 3.

I am just wondering if this relates to two different medals?

Yes. He was awarded 2 medals - Queens South Africa with 6 clasps and Kings SA medal with 2 date clasps.
As he had service in 3 different companies of the Army Service Corps, his name is on the roll for each of those 3 companies for the QSA.
But note that on 2 of those rolls his name is struck out. He would get only 1 QSA plus his KSA
