Would anybody be able to give any details on the above soldier, he served with the Royal Munster Fusiliers, think he got the QSA and KSA??

His QSA (1) CC is on WO100/208p18. His KSA (2) is listed on WO100/347p14. The note says Time Expired.

William C. There are service papers for him.

Thank you very much for that, I am paying a visit to Kew in the near future and will apply to look at those references, by the way the numbers in brackets, do these refer to clasps?

You will be able to view his medal entitlement on microfilm or you can down the medal roll from TNA.

His service papers you will be able to access.

Yes, the numbers in brackets are the clasps. One for his QSA (Cape Colony) and two on his KSA (South Africa 1901 and 1902).
