Here's Tom Broster of Keighley.





According to the medal rolls he was present at Cape Colony, Orange Free State and Transvaal, with the 9th Company, 3rd Imperial Yeomanry.

The IY Attestation Papers for 484 Tom Broster are held by the National Archives and available on FindMyPast. Have you accessed their online records via FMP?

I haven't, but only because I wasn't aware of them. We have Ancestry membership but not F.M.P. access. I'll check this out next time I'm at the library though as they have free access to it.
