Dr Jameson may have committed a rash act! really? :ohmy: when I went to school, rash would be defined as acting without consideration, I think "Lanner" did a great deal of consideration, as did a number of other gentlemen. :silly:

These pictures are from: Harold Josling (pen name of Harold Josling Bryant). 1907. The Autobiography of a Military Great Coat: being a History of the 1st Norfolk Volunteer Active Service Company, 1900-1. Jarrolds, London, 424 pp.

I can view this book online and for free through the NY Public Library. It may matter that I live inn the US.
