Well, after promising myself not to buy any more medals for a few months I have let myself down already
I am not normally a person who buys impulsively but while browsing on ebay on Sunday I came across this QSA made a bid and it arrived safely today.

23472 Trooper J.B.Edwards Kitchener's Horse
Trooper Edwards joined C squadron Kitchener's Horse on 10 August 1900
His papers unfortunately do not show were he joined but his discharge on 27th December 1900 shows at Capetown.
His intended residence after discharge is shown as;
Johsowa? House
Dulwich Common
London S.E.
Medal rolls verify his QSA with clasps for OFS and CC
This is a new unit to add to my South African units collection.
If any kind member can add any information about Trooper Edwards I would be very grateful.

Well done Paul. A nice medal to a good colonial unit. It's Toksowa House in Dulwich which looks to be a hotel of some kind. It shows up via Google although I didn't look at the entries in detail.
