Q.S.A. - NO BARS - Named to a Civilian - W. OSMOND

WO100/279 Civilian Officials in the Colonial Secretary's Department shows a certain William Osmond, a "Lock up Keeper" being "Employed as Scout, captured by B__? 13/9/0?" so I would think, Boers and 13th of September, perhaps 1900, but might be 1901.
