I just thought I would post these on here, I know very little about him and the medals and I'm trying to find out more about them.

Is the QSA named to Sapr F W Hitchinson? Can you tell me what else is written on the rim please?

Assume this is actually 28131 Sapper Frederick William Hutchins who served in the 45th Company Royal Engineers during the Anglo Boer War?
