I received a QSA the other day and attached to, albeit barely, was the most frayed ribbon I think I have ever seen. The central strand of orange has completely disappeared and it more resembles the Transport Medal than the QSA!

I think the comment in the original sales description is a gross uderstatement.....

"Ribbon Fraying"
