Good Morning Gentlemen......

Well I am back again..... Spent 2 weeks in London..... Went to a medal fair, a few stores and of course Portobello Road......

Picked up 2 nice QSA's......

22332 Gunner G. W. Hayes, 53rd Battery R.F.A., D.of L., L.N., Belf., and SA 01
with WW1 - 1914 Trio with Bar, Dog Tag (Home Made), Photo and Sweetheart Pin

4530 Private W. Richards, Rifle Brigade, D.of L., L.N. and Belf. and a Sudan Medal, part of a broken group, WIA 25/06/01

Victorian Blue Home Service Helmet, Royal Artillery, Officers, Replacement Badge...
Sweetheart Pin, Royal Artillery, WW2, Gold, Silver and Diamonds......
Band Sergt. Majors Mace Head, Silver, Air Training Corps, engraved "Presented to Kensington Wing A.T.C. by Dr. F. Stansfield December 1941"

Number of other small odds and sods.....

The thing that got me mad, after visiting, was the (4 storey) house that I did some of my growing up in the 1950's and had been purchased by my Grand Parents in 1938 for 3500 Pounds and sold when they moved to Canada for 55,000 Pounds which was only a block away from PR had been divided into 2 flats and one flat was for sale for 3,500,000 Pounds...... Should have kept it in the family.....

Yes, I'm afraid that is what property prices are like in London these days!
