I'm attempting to identify a mostly erased KSA (unit appears to include the lettering ": H") and found the incredibly useful page this website hosts, as named above. I'm not sure if the intention was to only provide a sample, or to be comprehensive. If the latter, is it complete or could more be added?

It is possible that someone who thought he is entitled to the medal or someone who lost or pawned theirs obtained one that was named to someone else and tried to remove the name...... Is not an official replacement as there have been medals which were returned as not issued had their name removed by the mint but it is very neatly done and a new name impressed..... I have one where the letter R is stamped near the suspension which is an official replacement.....

Indeed, this is a very messy erasure - there's a lot of surviving lettering, it's just rather mashed! I suppose my query here is twofold; if anyone knows of a unit that would include ": H" on their medal, and the status of the naming styles page. Thanks!
