The Royal Mail dropped this off this morning - full entitlement to Thomas Bonnar Garvie, a Civil Surgeon in the Boer War and a Surgeon at various Military Hospitals, including Wynberg, in South Africa during WWI - he never left the borders of the country, he is therefore not entitled to a Victory Medal.
