QSA (7) Tugela Heights, Orange Free State, Relief of Ladysmith, Transvaal, Laing’s Nek, South Africa 1901, South Africa 1902, date clasp block loose on riband (5743 Pte. A. Isherwood. R. Lanc. Regt.) first digit of number officially corrected, polished

Noonan's say the medal roll indicates that the recipient was entitled to a King’s South Africa Medal, rather than the two date clasps on the QSA.
