TOPIC:

Call it a weakness, call it an indulgence - whatever you call it, I can't stay away from the QSA/1906 Bambatha combination. These medals have always piqued my interest being, uniquely to Natal, awarded within 4 years of each other.

This pair is to (Heinrich) Diedrich Rehmann, a chap of Teutonic origin (should the names fail to provide enough clues), who enlisted with the NP in November 1896 and saw service during both the Boer War and Bambatha Rebellion.
