Researching a relative

28062 LCpl A M Barron Rand Rifles Queens South African medal no clasp

Does not appear in the role and i am after any info to shed a light on a distant relative

L Cpl AM Barron is listed in the QSA roll for a no clasp medal, page WO100/266p26. No notes on the roll.

The list of names on the Rand Rifles page comes from the nominal so he is not listed there.

Here is his attestation paper from WO126/112. This will hopefully act as a spur for further research.
