Pte F Vincent, Kimberley Town Guard, D Company. Medal roll has 2 Vincents in the KTG, both with initial E not F. The one with the rank of private is shown in "The Siege of Kimberley" as serving in Maudy Fort, Boshof Road,Section II, so identification uncertain but no other likely candidates.

Pte Herbert William Freislich, C Company, Kimberley Town Guard. COGHGSM (1 clasp Bechuanaland) QSA (DOK). There is variability in the spelling of "Freislich" . The KTG roll and the naming on the QSA have him as "Frieslich" but his own signature in his CP papers shows "Freislich" which would therefore seem to be correct. "The Siege Of Kimberley" shows "Frieslich", H W, Pickering's Redoubt, No. 1 Section, C Company. The medals are illustrated in David's book page 506.
