TOPIC:

When pondering over the attached photo of a panel of Boer War Casualties to be found in Pietermaritzburg (I assume it's still there) I spotted the names of a number of casualties whose medals I have.

These are:

- D.M. Gray - NC Colenso
- FW Taunton - NC Dundee and
- LD Walsh - NVCR Dundee

How many casualties to Colonials (I stress Colonials) in the Natal theatre of the war do other members have?

G C R Doble - Venter's Spruit (KiA)
The NVAC is not included on the panel, so Doble's name isn't there.
