Good Afternoon Everyone:

Jiffy Bag Dance this after noon as the following was delivered......

260 Trooper J. J. Domingo, Border Scouts, single clasp Cape Colony

The naming on the medal is WW1 style so I guess that this must be a late issue, he must have lost his original.....

I would not think that Domingo is a common name yet there are 3 listed here in this forum and 5 in FMP.....

I would think he was related to Peter and Joseph Domingo, perhaps three bothers, a careful look at WO126/5 at Kew should clarify this, he served in the Border Scouts from the 3rd of January 1901 until discharged on the 18th of April 1902, WO100/236 suggests this medal was issued as late as 1947.
