Good Afternoon Everyone.......

I was wondering if anyone has any information of the man I have listed above.......

Scout MELLETT, J., Field Intelligence Department

Q.S.A. - with bars Orange Free State and South Africa 1902

Looking at the bars he must have been in the FID late in the war......

He is shown as T Mellett in both the main and supplementary sections of WO100/301 appears to have been issued on the 16th November 1906, the available on line main folio is covered, I'll look at my own copy which is not, in due course, if nobody else does, his service appears to have been solely in the FID.

He does not appear on their nominal roll, but, it is incomplete and as he has no other service I am not surprised really, I would advise you to buy it.
