Another purchase early in this year has been that to Major Albert Harold Barron.

I am still researching him but he started out life as a Trooper in the Imperial Yeomanry (35th Company) before returning to England before the Tweefontein incident (fortunately for him and unfortunately for me) afterwards he was commissioned (in January 1902) as a Lieutenant in the 36th Company (also Middlesex)

He was M.I.D. in WWI as a Major with the ASC in France.

Story to follow once all the "i's" are dotted and "t's" crossed
