Prices for the Kimberley Star have been all over the place for a number of years now with pot luck being the order of the day. The trick, it seems to me, is to buy one with its accompanying DoK QSA - those pairs seem to be good value - by and large.

To my mind it's the collector who has a DoK QSA without the Star, or the fellow that needs a siingle "example" for his collection, that drives the prices realised in different directions.
