Hello Dudley,
These are great, I collected them as a small boy, all found in South Africa too, most in Natal and yet even today I still marvel at their quality, I just wish that they could all talk, I well remember as a child getting my hands on a Victorian made Argyll's, just superb and not like the dross produced just two decades later!
Major Hawkins, the officer commanding the Harrismith Volunteer Light Horse, had a daughter who collected, though, unlike me, she just used eggs as a currency to build up her collection!
Kind regards Frank

Mine are just piled into boxes and have not been looked at since I was a small boy.

Whats the matter, don't you like them, it just seemed better than collecting those plastic Starwars figures that most of my friends had (some still have! ) when I was seven years old.

Frank

You should stop doing favours for your friends and acquaintances and use the time saved to get your badge collection into good order!

Brett
