Hi I am doing a bit of research on my Great Uncle Joseph Wickham but I am finding it difficult to identify his uniform?

I have attached a photograph of him,

I was thinking it might be the Northampton Regiment 1st Battalion Volunteer Services?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
