Hi I have these photos which unfortunately I don't know who they are other than they are related to me, I,m hope somebody may be able to help identify the uniforms at least so I have a starting point to do some research,thank you

No.2 pic in the series; the badge worn appears to be 17th Lancers (Death or Glory Boys. A bit hard to see the hat badge on No.1; is it BH or SH? I ask because Scottish Horse wore that style of feathers in the slouch hat. Others might know if Brabant's Horse also wore similarly.
Not much help, I am afraid.

Picture 3 - Lance Corporal in pre WW1 / WW1 uniform no visible unit badges

Person impossible to identify just from these pictures

I would favour Scottish Horse for Picture 1 - those look like Black Grouse feathers, the bird is not native to SA but is in Scotland. I don't think Brabant's wore any feathers, the SALH did.
