I append scans of two lesser-known Kruger items.

The Du Bois plaque (Hern 378) started my Boer War Medallion/Plaque/Tribute Medal collection. I bought that in October 1973 for R85- from an old antique dealer in Cape Town. I had enquired about Boer War medals : he then showed me the plaque and said the price was high but I would never regret it. I initially tried to swop it for a DTD/ABO pair at the Boom Street Museum (Pretoria) because I knew it was not represented in the Kruger Collection. The swop did not work out and I decided to form my own Kruger collection. I have never encountered another example.
The other medallion (Hern 308) is associated with Kruger's visit to the Municipal Headquarters, Paris. It has a diameter of 75 mm
