This medallion is known as the Edward VII Weeping 1901 medal. It is a German Satirical medal issued in 1901. It was issued in Silver, Bronze, Brass and White Metal.

This one is Silver

Another interesting piece! I note the medals worn by Edward look very Germanic and that it is unusual to wear the sash under the medals. Edward looks very martial compared to his bucolic counterpart.
