HERE ARE SOME HOME COMING MEDALS I PICKED UP.

CAN SOME ONE TELL ME ANY INFORMATION ON THE NWMP VETRAN'S
ASSOCIATION BADGE.

The two Toronto Welcome home medals with the chain hangers by any chance are they named?????

The actual welcome home medals that were issued to the returning troops were named on the edge..... If un-named they were sold as souvenirs to the general public to raise funds for comforts to the troops......

Also they are dated 1900, 1901 and 1902......

The next one was a souvenir......

The bottom row, the first one looks like the chains and suspension has broken off.....

The second is also a souvenir made in Silver, Bronze and White Metal......

The last on is reported to be quite scarce but I have three and was also sold to the general public.......

The ribbon originally was the ribbon designed for the first type medal to be awarded for South Africa...... Both were rejected...... I will add some threads that you can see.....
