I'm researching my Grandfather, Harry Allen of the Worcestershire Regiment and his elder brother James Allen, 2nd Battalion Worcestershire Regiment K.I.A at Slingersfontein 2/2/1900.
Fortunately my Grandfather survived the Boer War and WW1 but I know nothing of his service in the Boer War other than he was under age when he joined up, the information on my Great Uncle I found on the Worcestershire Regiment website.
