I am looking for information on my Grandfather Fredrick Neale who served with the royal scots guards in the Boar War i belive he became a regimental sargent major he went on to serve with the royal sussex regiment in the first world war which i belive was conected with the scots guards and over these times he received the dso and the dsm medals along with others.I would apreciate any info that anyone could tell me. many thanks .

Born 1874 from Worthing in Sussex, is this your Grandfather?
There are 4 pages of his attestation and service history.
