Hello All,

I have been a casual collector of South African medals for many years. I recently bought my first QSA medal in a quite a few years (Ladysmith Town Guard). This awakened my interest and I've been using the web resources to get information on the soldier and the unit named on the medal. I collect Boer War, WWI & WWII. I like the fact the much information is available for British and South African soldiers. Research is a big part of the fun and enjoyment of collecting. I look forward to reading and learning quite a lot on this website and its forums.
