TOPIC:

I started collecting medals at 14 (now 60), recently renewed interest in the ABW, and to that end have started purchasing a few QSA's. My Avtar is my first foray into ABW in 35 odd years and find this 1 more appealing for the lack of WW1 service.
I am hoping to build a collection that represents all bars issued with RA in mind, together with groups in unusual combinations and singles of interest.
Going to be a exiting journey and look forward to sharing some additions whilst learning as much as I can.

Welcome to the Forum. Medals to the RA are a pretty good field; much variety and medals to many of the Batteries are still out there at reasonable prices. You might keep us posted as to your progress.
